Busy right? Us too. The holidays are a time of joy and happiness. However, unfortunately, it is during this time that most people tend to forget about their workouts. If you are thinking about doing that, let us remind you that the only road that leads to is to a larger waistline. Remember that if you choose the path of laziness eventually the Holidays will end and your joy and happiness will turn into horror as you will be left with having to face yourself in the mirror (and the scale) afterwards.
Hard to hear, we know. But let's be real here.
Make time for yourself during the next month to at least get sweaty a few times a week - whether here at Studio 138 or at home. Just keep moving and hopefully add some strength training days in there too!
We've added some new classes on the schedule - Monday mornings now have 2 more cardio/strength classes (Zumba Fitness with Donna and Latin Survivor BootCamp with Melody). Thursday evenings now offer Zumba Strength with Nancy at 6:15 PM and Yoga with Dawn at 7:30 PM. And have you been to TurboKick on Mondays at 5 PM or Piyo on Tuesdays at 5 PM (both with Jessica)? Lots of AM and PM options available for us busy folks. And remember EVERY Saturday in December will be 90 minutes of Zumba fun with Nancy starting at 10 AM.
No excuses accepted. Come get sweaty! You'll thank us for it later.
